last week, many people liked the video of what a cable TV company would be honest (ah, if only truth in advertising laws actually worked ...). And, shortly after it came out, some people have alerted us to a new "complaint site" called TWCCustomerService.com said to be (you guessed it) Time Warner Cable Customer Service ... but under the slogan "Enjoy worse." They put a video of himself as Time Warner Cable customers servants walk in the streets of New York, asking people what they can do for you is worse. The original YouTube video was removed, but other copies are accused in many places. 
Even if you declare an outage that will still be charged.
