last week, many people liked the video of what a cable TV company would be honest (ah, if only truth in advertising laws actually worked ...). And, shortly after it came out, some people have alerted us to a new "complaint site" called TWCCustomerService.com said to be (you guessed it) Time Warner Cable Customer Service ... but under the slogan "Enjoy worse." They put a video of himself as Time Warner Cable customers servants walk in the streets of New York, asking people what they can do for you is worse. The original YouTube video was removed, but other copies are accused in many places.

The site itself has a list of useful information, such as:



We have a monopoly in parts of New York and no incentive to provide customer service.



charge for services that you do not and you fight when you dispute the charges.



We will set appointments that require you to be absent from work, and then cancel at the last second.

We may record your call, but you can not burn ours.
Even if you declare an outage that will still be charged.



If you call one of our experts customer service to disconnect the Internet, we will continue indefinitely until you load your modem. We will mention that during our telephone conversation.
