Many people mailed last great Andy Baio entitled No copyright intended, after the common phrase which is exceptionally long YouTube uploaders (uploaders mostly young) states, or tweak "any offense Copyright planned "with the videos they post. These videos almost always songs and remixes - in other words, the content is almost certainly violate the copyright of somebody. But the key point is that today's young people inherently recognize that it makes no sense - and assume that your non-commercial use and
not the for profit
means you should be okay. Legally, it is not. But it is certainly important to recognize that very few seem to know or care about this:
How ubiquitous? There are about 489,000 videos on YouTube that say "no copyright intended" or a variation, and about 664,000 videos have a "copyright disclaimer", citing the doctrine of fair use in section 107 of the Act copyright.

As he says, many children seem to really explain just hope that their intentions to avoid a takedown despite both approaches are automated these days . But the key point that makes Baio is the end, which states that "
no amount of complaints or legal threats will change the fact that this behavior is considered normal aa ..."

From there, the vote suggests that this generation ages and begins the trend of copyright laws and more stringent will start to look pretty stupid:

is a thought experiment: Anyone over 12 years old when YouTube launched in 2005 is now able to vote.
What happens when - as is inevitable - a generation completely comfortable with the culture of remix is ??a majority of the electorate, rather than marginalized youth? What happens when they begin to be elected to office? (Maybe "I download but not share" will be the new "I smoke but not inhale.")
Remix culture is the new ban, with huge media companies as the only voice calling for temperance. You can criminalize the normal activities of law-abiding people, but in the end, someone has to give.
