After winning seven Tour de France Titles no longer part of Lance Armstrong's Twitter profile.

Until Monday evening, Armstrong biography on the social networking site mentions his tour of seven wins in 1999-2005, but the reference to the breed was removed hours after being stripped of titles governing body, the UCI, and banned from the sport for life for his involvement in what the United States Anti-Doping Agency described as a massive doping program.

early Tuesday, the profile of Armstrong said: "... raise my five children who are fighting cancer swimming, cycling, running and golf whenever I can" Previously, the profile indicates: . "Father of 5 amazing kids, 7-Tour de France winner, full time cancer fighter, part time triathlete"

Monday, UCI strongly supported the USADA, ending a saga that brought down the most successful driver in the history of the Tour and exposed widespread cheating in professional cycling.

"Lance Armstrong has no place in the cycling and deserves to be forgotten in cycling," said Pat McQuaid, president of the board of directors. "Make no mistake, this is a disaster for him, and he must face it."
The organizers of the Tour de France will not appoint new winners of the previous titles in Armstrong, leaving a gap of seven years on the honor roll for the biggest event in the sport.
