The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn - review

  • First of all: you can play as Captain Haddock. For fans, it is not already
  • The Adventures of Tintin
  • a Game of the Year contenders. Fortunately, there is also a notch above the average movie tie-in. It is not immediately obvious in the story mode, which mixes images of platforms with varying success in a series of mini-games - shaking a machete to fend off pirates as a lark ancestral Haddock, the sequences aquaplaning less. Actual mileage, however, is Tintin and Haddock mode, which sees one or two players romp through the rotten subconscious to the captain, picking up the costumes and characters. Obviously laid the young players, players can enjoy the secrets and surreal flourishes. Some parts, like the confrontation with Bianca Castafiore disembodied, trilling madly head, seems more inspired by psychoanalysis author Tom McCarthy have more than any Tintin, Hergé wrote. Unexpectedly good fun.
