Earlier this year, he wrote about how the photographer David Lachapelle has continued Rihanna for her song video S & M
, which includes a variety scenes that could sorta Lachapelle try to describe the photographs as part of a video:


I could not see how it was copyright infringement at all, but apparently heard another request for photographer and Lachapelle decided to jump to the front as well. Photographer Paul Philipp said that another part of the same video that violates a copyright of your pictures:


Again, I'm at a loss to see how you can rape her. At best, it's a tribute that the artist should be happy. The worst case, it is difficult to argue that this is not a clear case of fair use. It's definitely turned into a variety of ways (picture to video scenes, and very different configurations, music videos, etc.) and it is ridiculous to claim that this somehow undermines the commercial value of the original work. These requirements seem that some pesky photographers trying to cash
