chief executive Tim Cook is expected to host the launch event

Apple iPhone present the next generation 5, October 4.

A cryptic general invitation sent to the media Tuesday, Apple's iPhone has held an event at its headquarters in San Francisco next week.

The event should be the first release of Tim Cook, as CEO since taking over from Steve Jobs, August 25.

The presentation is also expected by many to include a simplified version of last year in April the iPhone - which became the best selling smartphone in the world since its launch in June 2010 - this that will allow Apple to attack China's huge market.

Internet rumors suggested that the new model will have a slightly larger screen than the current iPhone 4, and may include an NFC (Near Field Communication) chips that allow it to be used with payment services such as Google Wallet service, which was published in the United States earlier this week.

that can compete with the Google Phone Nexus S, launched at the end of December, which contains an NFC chip, phones and other mobile phone manufacturers to come.

next generation Apple iPhone will go on public sale "in the coming weeks" of his official announcement on October 4, according to U.S. technology site AllThingsD. The availability and prices in the UK have not been announced.
Apple did not return a request for comment before publication.
