Apple iPhone technologycopies defended by U.S. court and follows the ban on sales of Samsung Tab
A U.S. judge has banned the sale of new mobile phone Samsung Nexus Galaxy in the U.S. after Apple said it has copied some of the technology used in its iPhone.
A judge had earlier banned the sale of Samsung Tablet PC. Both bans will continue until the matter is reviewed by the court.
Apple and Samsung, the two largest companies in the world of consumer electronics are waging a war in the courts of several countries, accusing each other of patent infringement as they compete for supremacy in the mobile market.

As a condition of the injunction, Apple ordered to pay a deposit of more than 95 million (£ 60m) to cover damage to Samsung that the injunction was later seen as an unfair decision.
