Field, Zeebox, awareness Etymotic HD Sky Movement, Puss in Boots and more
RSSremarkable new Android applications calmed down a little Google Reading store this week, so this post is a list of 10 instead of 20 - see footnote for a little more about it.
There are good things, however, the application of the new Google site for the second home screen beginning Zeebox U.S..
It is interesting to note, too, that the week was cracking new games for Android. They are not included here because it is an independent weekly raid games mobile / tablet. Changing this week is enjoyable to read if you are an Android user, and includes games like Bad Piggies, flat pocket, Bingo Bash, Kingdoms of Camelot:. Battle and Bard Tale
However, this post is about nongame applications to find the pick of the week below - the weekly summary iOS will continue later in the day:
Excursionthis application is started from nothing from Google itself, or at least a team - Niantic Labs - the company involved in experimental applications. This is an application designed to run on geolocation bottom recommendations. "When you get close to something interesting, you will receive a letter with details of the location," explains Google Play tab. This includes local history, tips Food / Beverage / purchases and music concerts. The United States and only for the moment, if Pocket Lint has already discovered that when sideloaded works in the UK too.
Zeebox
Zeebox is not new for the British, of course, but the application is launched second TV screen in the United States this week, with major partners Comcast, HBO and NBCUniversal to give initial boost. As in the UK, which is part of TV Guide, helping people decide what to watch, and part social aggregator, pulling in tweets for every show, and providing links and content. Go hand in hand with the United States applications GetGlue, Miso and IntoNow and Shazam fellow British firm.
Fantasy Premier League 2012-13
GameEngland Premier League Fantasy competition? Now, there is an official application for Android. If a team is registered online, you can use the application to choose your team each week, review their performance, players transfer in and out, and watch the mini-league you play with friends.
Consciousness! Etymotic HD
"lost in music, movies or games can be very anti-social," suggests the inclusion of Google Play this new music software, which is designed for use with headphones Etymotic isolation noise. Adjusted for Google Nexus tablet 7, this application uses the tablet's microphone to "listen" to the world around you, reducing your music / movies / games volume when it detects a sound louder than the noise background.
Sky Motion
- Another application in America alone, it is hyper-time application, which is significant demand to know "exactly when the rains begin and end their exact location." For the next two hours at least, which is usually all the data you need to take an umbrella / taxi / decision, etc.. Work across the United States and Canada.
- Puss in Boots: 3D pop-up book
8bit
This fungus familiar with headphones in the promotional images ... Yes, 8Bit Beatbox inspired by retro video games firmly - and not because they were both back, of course. This is an application for creating musical melodies using sample buffers and a virtual three-octave keyboard. Music
Matrix
Music -applications begin to make noise in Android, with the music of Matrix. Last try to put a friendly face (well, interface) to create rhythms and melodies on the road to work on tablets and smartphones as well, its developers readily admit they were inspired by the Yamaha Tenori-On Device Click on a square grid to trigger sounds.
