Risk Trahan and Craig Brittain "revenge porn" Is Anybody Up site are still working on the project ready to start "Digging Graves Our web owner." When we got the last time, the living proof that two heads are sometimes worse than she had used a false DMCA notice in a weak effort to censor criticism.
"Note that these actions, slander and screenshots can and will be used as key factors must be made a case against him. Their announcement advertising, marketing and also the dissipation of diffusion of defamatory violates action Trahan and Mr. Brittain rights of privacy and publicity. "
Adam
Steinbaugh refers to Adam, who was punched in Is Anyone Down saga in his blog. This same "legal opinion" was also "served" for Is Anybody Down Wikipedia page, which, ironically, is already scheduled to be removed. (Oh, and the video is Captain Obvious shows with previous video facing a legal threat infamous Charles Carreon.) [Oh, and remind me to start a tumblr called "Slander and screenshots" when I get a free time.]
Now what I say about starting a war of words with someone who knows

Needless to say that criticism was not arrested and has not retired. Actually, the boys spent the DMCA process and became completely false legal threats to us here at Techdirt, and a number of other sites too. As described by Popehat, who received the same threat, it seems that Trahan and Brittain decided to enter directly into the always entertaining "arrogant legal threat" arena.Craig and Chance are using threats of prosecution. One of them - probably Craig - left two identical threats here and on the blog of Adam in the Wikipedia, and a satirical video by Captain Obvious:
"Note that these actions, slander and screenshots can and will be used as key factors must be made a case against him. Their announcement advertising, marketing and also the dissipation of diffusion of defamatory violates action Trahan and Mr. Brittain rights of privacy and publicity. "

words for you? Ken Popehat tears except the last letter of the duo overcome, so no need to:
is a comment on the whole, very stupid, even for a lawyer Internet. First, slander is verbal, libel is written. Second, the "note" is a discourse reliable threat in the air. Thirdly, nobody is "marketing" anything that sounds like an attempt to apply copyright. All reviews that are not commercial, so all quotes and screenshots of fair use. Fourth, is taxed at the cave fingers, you mean the spread is not lost, and that word is already in prayer. Fifth, Trahan and Brittain have no right of privacy or publicity shall be exempt from criticism or satire, but popular that focuses on potential censors.
